robby martinez
robby is an educator with teaching, training, coaching and administrative experience in pre-k and k-12 education, youth and young adult development.
robby is certified as a wellness coach by the state of california, as a hike leader and front-country camping leader by bay area wilderness training, and as a forest school director by forest school teacher institute. robby is certified in wilderness first aid by outerlands medics & rescue. he is certified as a specialist in restorative practices by national educators for restorative practices and is trained in community-building and repairing harm restorative practices by the student, family, and community support department of san francisco unified school district.

Dr. Jean Lomino
Dr. Jean Lomino’s varied career includes being a classroom teacher, adjunct professor for the MSED in Outdoor Education at Southern Adventist University, Executive Director of Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center in Chattanooga, TN, and in 2015 she co-founded Wauhatchie School, the first forest kindergarten in the state. The school this year expanded to four campuses in Chattanooga with a combined enrollment of 160 students. Wauhatchie in partnership with Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center is working with local public kindergartens to develop forest school programs.

Dr. Lomino is the founder, director and lead trainer of the Forest School Teacher Institute, and since 2015 has trained almost 200 forest kindergarten teachers from the US, Canada, China, Korea and South Africa.

Miguel Lopez
Miguel Lopez is an experienced Marketing Director, with twenty years working in the arts and culture community.
​
He is the current Marketing Director for Peralta Hacienda, Oakland, where he works closely with the Executive Director to oversee the organization’s marketing, communications, and community outreach efforts. His professional career includes event and program coordination, as well as organizational growth projects.
​
Prior to joining the team at Peralta Hacienda, Miguel served as Marketing Manager for Arts Brookfield in New York, directing and promoting over 400 events per year across four US cities in 21 venues. Prior to that, Miguel was the Development Associate at Creative Time, an internationally-lauded public arts organization and social justice arts incubator.
